Description

There is a problem with conferencing channels. Unable to establish a conference. Unable to join a conference. Cannot make conference call from single line set. Cannot create a conference between two external PSTN callers.

Possible Cause	Corrective Action
The maximum number of callers in a single conference (maximum of 8) has been reached. Maximum number of conferences that the system can support has been reached. If COS option Call-Waiting Swap is enabled, user cannot make conference call from single line set. This is because Call-Waiting Swap overrides the conference feature. Incorrect Calling Line Identification (CLID) is being sent to third party.	Refer to the Conference feature in the System Administration Tool online help for the conference limitations for the 3300 ICP controller. Disable Call-Waiting Swap in the COS. Enable “Replace External CLID” in ISDN Protocol form of trunk.
